Jet Pulse Filters

This type of filters performs filtration in a completely dry environment with filter elements (Needle Felt) obtained from artificial fibers of different types (selected according to the physical and chemical properties of the dust to be filtered). Dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter bags during filtration is automatically cleaned using compressed air (Jet-Pulse Technique).

There are models with suction fan and foot type or silo top.

Mechanical Vibrating Filters

This type of filters are normally produced without a bunker and are mounted on the silo. It can also be manufactured as a bunker in external situations. They are generally rectangular or square in cross section. They are used to evacuate the pressure accumulated in the silos or bunkers where the material is transported pneumatically, without dust.

Their bodies are directly connected to the silo or bunker. The material and air mixture coming into the silo is separated from each other, and the air is expelled while the material and dust are poured back into the silo.

For positive pressure, for negative pressure, there are models with suction fan, foot type or above silo. If a suction fan is to be placed in filters with mechanical vibration for positive pressure, the fan is placed between the dust source and the filter.

Single Bag Cyclone Filters

It is an economical solution with suction fan and low filtration surface for applications with low dust load.
